- We will contact our database of clients should your property suit their needs and encourage them to book in a viewing
- Once enquiries start to come through, we will book viewings/an open day depending on your needs, this will be discussed with you
- At DSB Estate agents, we offer evening viewings along with Saturdays and Sundays; meaning viewers can view the property whenever they are available not just within the standard office working hours
- We will keep you updated with the feedback from viewings
- Any offers received will be reported to you within an hour of receiving them

- We will request updates from your conveyancing solicitors along with the buyers conveyancing solicitor and report these back to you
